Riiwards Tech LLC (“Riiwards”, “we” or “us”) is a company incorporated in the United States that operates applications and technology enabling participating businesses to offer loyalty programs, including birthday clubs, rewards clubs, flash sales, and other promotional programs, directly to consumers through web and mobile experiences. Riiwards provides the underlying platform and communications technology, but does not itself offer, sell, or fulfill rewards, discounts, or other benefits.

These Consumer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in birthday clubs (commonly referred to as “Birthday Clubs”), rewards clubs, flash sale promotions, and other loyalty or promotional programs (each a “Club”) made available by participating businesses through the Riiwards platform.

1. Participating Businesses and Clubs

When you join a Club, including a Birthday Club, you enroll in a loyalty or promotional program operated by a participating business (“Business”). In order to participate, you agree to provide certain personal data (such as your email address and/or phone number) and acknowledge that such data will be processed in accordance with the Riiwards Privacy Policy.

Each Business is solely responsible for the content of its offers, rewards, flash sales, terms, and for fulfilling any promised benefits. You may choose to join one or multiple Clubs.

From time to time, Riiwards may present you with information about additional Clubs, including Birthday Clubs, rewards clubs, flash sale promotions, or similar offers operated by other businesses. Such promotions are delivered by Riiwards in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and any sharing of personal data with other businesses will occur only as described therein or where you choose to join an additional Club.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Club. If you believe that personal data relating to a minor has been submitted, please contact [email protected] so that we can take appropriate action.

3. Signup Information

When joining a Club, you agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information (such as your email address and/or phone number) and to keep such information reasonably up to date. Providing false, misleading, or invalid information may result in suspension or termination of your participation in one or more Clubs.

4. Communications Related to Clubs

By joining a Club, you consent to receiving communications related to that Club, which may include birthday rewards, reward notifications, confirmations, reminders, flash sale alerts, and promotional messages associated with the participating Business or Businesses you selected.

You may opt out of marketing or promotional messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to SMS messages, or following other opt-out instructions provided. Service-related or administrative messages (such as verification or confirmation messages) may still be sent where necessary to operate the Club.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Riiwards Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Riiwards shares personal data with participating Businesses only in connection with the Clubs you choose to join, and solely for the purposes of enabling Club participation, communications, and benefit fulfillment.

Where you choose to share contact details of another person through a Club feature, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and such information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Riiwards does not sell consumer personal data. Details regarding data categories, purposes of processing, retention, and your privacy rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Clubs or related communications.

7. Suspension or Termination

Riiwards may suspend or terminate your participation in one or more Clubs where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraud, material violation of these Terms, or persistent delivery failures due to invalid contact information. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided.

8. Consumer Access Features

Where Riiwards provides consumer-facing access features (such as a login, account area, or similar functionality), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activity that occurs through such access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Riiwards platform and all Club-related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Riiwards does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fulfillment of any rewards, birthday offers, or flash sale promotions provided by participating Businesses. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riiwards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in any Club. Riiwards is not responsible for acts or omissions of participating Businesses.

11. Changes to These Terms

Riiwards may update these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on its website. The version in effect at the time of your participation will apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
