Riiwards Tech LLC is a U.S.-based company that provides technology enabling businesses to run Birthday Clubs, Rewards Clubs, flash sale promotions, loyalty programs, and other customer engagement programs for consumers.

Riiwards Services may include Birthday Club, Rewards Club, Rewards Wallet, FlashSell, signup forms, reward pages, account tools, email, SMS, and related communication features. Riiwards provides the platform and technology. Rewards, discounts, offers, products, and services are provided and fulfilled by the participating businesses, not by Riiwards.

What Is a Club?

A Club is a loyalty, rewards, birthday, flash sale, or promotional program operated by a participating business. You may join one or more Clubs offered by different businesses. Each business is responsible for its own offers, conditions, rewards, and fulfillment.

Rewards Wallet and Your Account

Riiwards may provide account tools such as Rewards Wallet. These tools may allow you to view rewards, manage certain profile information, view Club memeberships, manage communication preferences, and use other Riiwards Services.

A Rewards Wallet account or other Riiwards account feature may continue even if one participating business stops using Riiwards, unless you close your account or Riiwards is required to limit or delete it under the Terms, Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

Eligibility

The Riiwards Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the Riiwards Services, creating or using an account, or joining a Club, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

What You Agree To When You Join or Use Riiwards Services

When you join a Club or use Riiwards Services, you agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information;
• keep your contact and account information reasonably up to date;
• use rewards, reward links, accounts, signup forms, and redemption features only as permitted;
• not create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts, signups, rewards, or redemptions;
• follow the Consumer Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Communications & Privacy 

You may receive rewards, reminders, confirmations, verification messages, account messages, flash sale alerts, and promotional messages by email, SMS, or similar digital channels, where permitted by law, your preferences, and any consent you have provided.

You can unsubscribe from marketing or promotional messages at any time using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to SMS messages, or following other opt-out instructions provided in the message. Certain service-related, transactional, verification, security, account, or administrative messages may still be sent where needed to operate the relevant Club, reward, account, or Riiwards Service.

Personal information is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Riiwards does not sell consumer personal data. Personal information is shared with participating businesses only in connection with Clubs, rewards, offers, campaigns, or services you choose to join, use, redeem, or otherwise interact with, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Important Things to Know

• Rewards and offers are provided by the participating business, not by Riiwards.
• Riiwards does not guarantee that a reward, offer, discount, product, or service will be available, fulfilled, or accepted by a business.
• A business may cancel, suspend, or discontinue its Club, rewards, offers, or communications.
• Your access to a specific business’s Club or rewards may end if that business stops using Riiwards.
• Your Rewards Wallet account, participation in other Clubs, or access to other Riiwards Services may continue, subject to the Terms, Privacy Policy, applicable law, and your communication preferences.
• Participation or access may be suspended or terminated in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, invalid contact information, or violation of the Terms.
