Our services include Birthday Club, Rewards Club, Rewards Wallet, FlashSell, signup forms, reward pages, dashboards, campaign tools, and related websites and applications. Our services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

2. Our General Approach to Privacy and Data Protection

3. Information for Consumers

If you join a business’s club, reward program, offer, or campaign powered by Riiwards, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, birthday or anniversary month and day, club membership information, reward activity, communication preferences, redemption activity, and feedback you choose to provide.

Consumer information is used to operate clubs and rewards programs, deliver rewards and service-related messages, send or support newsletters, reminders, FlashSell campaigns, and other communications, process redemptions, provide support, maintain preferences, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve our services.

The business whose club, reward, or campaign you joined may access information related to that club or campaign. Riiwards does not share your personal information directly with other businesses whose clubs, rewards, or campaigns you have not joined, unless you choose to join them or otherwise give the required permission.

Where account-based tools are available, such as Rewards Wallet or similar services, you may be able to view rewards, see clubs you have joined, update profile information, manage communication preferences, leave clubs, or request deletion of your account or personal information.

You may opt out of marketing or reward communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions in the message, or by contacting [email protected].

4. Information for Businesses

If you are a business using Riiwards, we may collect business contact information, account details, business profile information, reward and offer settings, campaign settings, dashboard activity, billing information, support communications, and related service records.

Businesses may collect subscriber or customer information through clubs, signup forms, rewards, offers, or campaigns powered by Riiwards. Riiwards does not sell or rent business contact lists or subscriber lists.

If a business exports subscriber data or uses subscriber data outside Riiwards services, the business is responsible for ensuring that its use, storage, disclosure, and deletion of that information complies with applicable privacy, data protection, marketing, and security laws.

For paid services, billing and payment information is processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Riiwards does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.

5. International Data Transfers and Regulatory Frameworks

Riiwards is headquartered in the United States. Personal information may be processed, stored, or accessed in the United States or other countries where Riiwards, its service providers, or its partners operate.

Where required, Riiwards uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information. Riiwards has certified to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
