What Is a Club?

A Club is a loyalty or promotional program operated by a participating business (for example, a Birthday Club). You may join one or more Clubs offered by different businesses. Each business is responsible for its offers, conditions, and rewards.

What You Agree To When You Join

When you join a Club, you:

• provide personal information relevant to the Club (such as contact details and birthday)
• agree that your information is processed according to the Riiwards Privacy Policy
• agree to receive communications related to the Clubs you join

You may receive rewards, reminders, confirmations, and promotional messages via email, SMS, or similar digital channels.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to SMS messages. Certain service-related messages may still be sent to operate the Club.

Your personal information is shared only in connection with the Clubs you join. Riiwards does not sell consumer personal data. If you share someone else’s contact details, you confirm you have the right to do so.
