2. Our General Approach to Privacy and Data Protection
We design and operate our services with privacy and data protection in mind and follow regulatory frameworks regarding data privacy. As a data controller we collect and use personal data only to operate our services, communicate with users, provide rewards, offers, and confirmations, improve our products, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on how you interact with Riiwards, we may process your contact information, account and configuration data, usage and interaction data.
We may use carefully selected third-party service providers, including our partners (such as Wix), to assist us in providing and operating our services (for example, application marketing & distribution, customer support, email and SMS delivery, billing, and infrastructure).
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards (including IT security measures) to protect personal data and regularly review these measures in line with industry practices and regulatory expectations.
3. Information for Consumers
If you join a business’s Club or rewards program powered by Riiwards, we may collect personal data such as name, contact (email, phone number), birthday and anniversary month and day, reward activity, and feedback you choose to provide.
Consumer data is used to deliver rewards and service-related messages, enable participating businesses to manage loyalty programs, and improve our products. Where permitted, you may also receive rewards, newsletters or promotional messages, and you can opt out at any time.
Consumer data may be accessed by the business whose Club you joined and by Riiwards’ trusted service providers. Riiwards does not share your personal data with other businesses unless you choose to join their Club.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Requests can be submitted to [email protected].
4. Information for Businesses
If you are a business using Riiwards, we collect business contact information, account settings, and usage and analytics data to operate and improve the platform.
Businesses may collect subscriber data through Clubs powered by Riiwards. Riiwards does not sell or rent subscriber lists and requires opt-in consent. If subscriber data is exported, the business becomes the data controller for that data and is responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
For paid services, billing and payment information is processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. Riiwards does not store full payment information.
